Tracey’s experience. I cut my teeth on property sales whilst living in Spain during the early 90’s covering Holiday Ownership & International Property Sales in Greece & The Canary Islands. On returning to the UK some 20 years later, I sold: Agricultural, Equestrian, Residential, Retirement, Park Homes and finally New Build Sales & Management in London, Bath, Devon & Cornwall. I joined AMR in 2022

Tracey’s favourite part of their job. Speaking to candidates [I love to talk, I’m Welsh ], matching them with their perfect job, or taking them out of their comfort zone and securing that dream placement.

Tracey’s top tip for job seekers. If you can’t or don’t want to attend an interview, just let us know and be honest about it. We are human too and we understand that you may have just had a change of heart – just leave your Granny out of it Check your CV and make sure it is up to date before you apply, never ghost the recruiter, a simple text is all we need.

Tracey’s top tip for employers looking for staff. When we say they are ‘available for an immediate start’, they are so seeing them quickly avoids disappointment. Build a relationship with your recruiter so they can understand your need and present the perfect candidate.

Jack’s experience. One of the newest members to the AMR Family since joining in January 2023. Prior to that I have spent 6 years as a Lettings Agent in covering the Central London market.

Jack’s favourite part of their job. Matching a candidate to a perfect role and securing them their dream job but on the other side finding my client the perfect candidate.

Jack’s top tip for job seekers. Be prepared, do your research on the company, take notes, Show you care, Listen, ask questions, Good level of eye contact, Presentation is key.

Jack’s top tip for employers looking for staff. The top candidates won’t be on the market for long. Always trust your judgement rather than waiting to see what else is out there and secure the candidate before another company does.

Cheryl’s experience. 5 years in Estate agency. 16 years In Recruitment

Cheryl’s top tip for job seekers. Your CV need to be eye catching, to the point and up to date. List any industry related qualifications, your current role first and bullet point your responsibilities. I also recommend researching the company and Interviewer prior to a Interview.

Cheryl’s top tip for employers looking for staff. Experienced candidates get snapped up very quickly so it’s important that you react quickly to CV’s arranging Interviews asap and proceeding to offer if the candidate is right for you.

Bill’s experience. Bill has over 25 years’ experience in the Estate Agency industry, up to Regional Director Level before becoming a Regional Director with the AMR Group.

Bill’s favourite part of their job. When a candidate calls me to say how much they are enjoying their new role that I have assisted them in finding.

Bill’s top tip for job seekers. Think long and hard, about exactly what you are looking for long term in your career and not just a short-term fix. Think about career progression and what you want from your new employer.

Bill’s top tip for employers looking for staff. Look at every applicant as an individual, don’t just look at their current job role but look at the progress they have made in their career and also what they do outside of work. The best advice is listen to what the recruiter is telling you as they will have already spoken to the candidate.
