Fran’s experience. I started my career in the property industry working for an Exeter independent Estate Agency as a receptionist before working through the ranks up to valuer level for both corporate and independent agents. I then moved to Bristol and Bath and worked for the next five years in lettings and property management up to managerial level and was ARLA qualified. I have worked in property my entire life and have run the Southwest area for AMR for 15 years.

Fran’s top tip for job seekers. Start as you mean to go on. Check your CV and make sure it is up to date before you apply. Make sure you put the correct role in your covering letter and never ghost the recruiter. A simple text sometimes is all we need.
Fran’s top tip for employers looking for staff. Be available and be prepared to see candidates out of hours. See them quickly and see as many as you can as we find 50% is their experience and 50% is their personality. You can’t tell that from their CV.
