On returning to the UK some 20 years later, I sold: Agricultural, Equestrian, Residential, Retirement, Park Homes and finally New Build Sales & Management in London, Bath, Devon & Cornwall. Tracey’s top tip for job seekers. If you can’t or don’t want to attend an interview, just let us know and be honest about it. We are human too and we understand that you may have just had a change of heart – just leave your Granny out of it Check your CV and make sure it is up to date before you apply, never ghost the recruiter, a simple text is all we need.

Tracey’s top tip for employers looking for staff. When we say they are ‘available for an immediate start’, they are so seeing them quickly avoids disappointment. Build a relationship with your recruiter so they can understand your need and present the perfect candidate.
