Franchisee
Associate
A Different Kind of Recruitment Opportunity
Over time, the business has evolved into a network of self-employed Franchisees and Franchise Associates, each operating independently while benefiting from the credibility, systems, and professional support of a long-established brand.
The Associate opportunity is not aimed at those seeking traditional employment, nor at individuals under immediate financial pressure.
Who this may appeal to
This role is particularly well-suited to people who:
- Are financially secure
- Would like to remain mentally active and professionally engaged
- Enjoy work that is interesting, stimulating, and rewarding
- Value flexibility and autonomy over fixed hours or location
- Prefer outcomes and relationships over targets and hierarchy
Previous experience in estate agency, lettings, property management, or a related sector is highly relevant, although not essential.
How
This Works
Associates operate on a self-employed basis, choosing:
- When they work
- Where they work
- How much or how little they wish to do
There are:
- No fixed hours
- No geographic restrictions
- No requirement to manage staff
- No pressure to meet arbitrary targets
Some Associates work steadily; others engage on a more occasional or selective basis. The model is intentionally flexible.
The nature of the work
At its core, the role involves:
- Speaking with people and businesses, you already understand
- Introducing good candidates to good organisations
- Acting professionally, ethically, and discreetly
- Using AMR’s systems and support to operate correctly and compliantly
This is relationship-led recruitment, not volume sales.
Why
AMR
Many of our Associates joined AMR later in their careers, often after stepping away from full-time operational roles. They value:
- A business with genuine longevity and credibility
- Independence without isolation
- A professional framework without corporate politics
- Doing things properly, rather than quickly
An informal conversation
If this sounds like something that may interest you – even at a modest or occasional level – I would be thrilled to have a confidential, no-obligation conversation to explore whether it might be a good fit.
There is no pressure, no hard sell, and no expectation that this must become anything more than interesting.
