About you:
Ideally you will have estate agency experience and working knowledge of residential sales with Listings experience and or Lettings experience.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will need to;
·Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service.
·Be able to identify client requirements and match those to the property portfolio.
·Have a polite and confident telephone manner and be able to communicate details effectively.
·Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels

Property Manager

Negotiable

My client is a successful estate agent in popular Wokingham dealing with residential lettings and residential property sales. They are looking for an experienced property manager to join their small but friendly team.

PROPERTY MANAGER - MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance
Promptly acknowledge receipt of maintenance report by any tenant, with clear guidelines for tenant expectations
Trouble shoot and check warranty / insurance cover before advising landlord
Keep LL and TT advised of progress at key stages - managing time and cost expectations
Book jobs with contractors and keep in touch with progress of jobs
Advise landlord with concise report and action to agree
Log jobs on our system
Update details of any new appliances or significant modifications on our files
Maintain up to date public liability records for all contractors we use
Manage Property Visits
Work with the member of staff carrying out property visits to ensure any maintenance issues are picked up from those visits or concerns about the condition of the property are dealt with
Send reports to landlords regarding their property visits
Reception & Call Answering
Answer phone calls as required
Meet and greet (and divert visitors to another member of staff if appropriate)
Gas Safety Management
Ensure all gas safety certificates are valid and renewed
Manage engineer visits with tenants
Prompt intro landlords to renew their certificates
Other
Make contact with new landlords and gather contractor / service agreement details for the property and introduce yourself as their main maintenance contact
Ensure the company has sufficient variety of qualified and vetted maintenance contractors
Any other duties that may be required by the Company
Provide, at all times, the highest standard of customer service.

The hours of work will be 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9.30am to 3.30pm. My client will pay a generous salary depending on experience. It's really important that the candidate works well in a team as being a small group excellent communication with each other is vital.

Property Manager

£23000 - £25000 per annum

My client is a highly successful independent Lettings agent based in their very busy Horsham office. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly team. You must be flexible in your approach and be prepared to get stuck in to help the team.

Responsibilities include:-
·Overseeing the management of a large portfolio of properties.
·Arranging 6 monthly inspections.
·Issuing and serving Section 21, 13 and 8 notices and attending court as necessary.
·Arranging maintenance and scheduling with contractors
·Ensuring compliance systems are kept up to date
·Arranging renewals and liaising with the account department for invoicing
·Overseeing property take on's, viewings, move ins and administration
·Overseeing check outs, liaising with landlords and getting property back on market for re-let
·Arranging viewings and tying up deals where required.

My client will pay an excellent package for the right candidate.

Administrator/Receptionist

£14000 - £18000 per annum

My client is a small, independent but very busy estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings and New Home sales. They are looking for a switched on administrator who does not have to be experienced in property although clearly that would be an advantage.
However, you must be IT literate, an expert on social media and have a flexible attitude to work, and be a team player.
You will be required to greet customers and deal with enquiries. You will need your own vehicle to do accompanied viewings when required.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9am to 1pm. My client will pay a generous salary plus commission. Extra commission can be earned by selling mortgage and legal referrals.

Receptionist

£17000 - £20000 per annum


My client is a well known and highly successful independent Estate Agency doing residential sales and lettings. They are looking for a full time Receptionist to complement their existing team.

The Receptionist job role is to support the Sales and Lettings Teams in terms of meet and greet the public and put them at ease. Answer phone enquiries and various administrative duties. Agency experience is preferred but not required. At least 1 year of Admin experience is essential.

Their other criteria is to:
·Have outstanding Customer Service skills
·Be articulate and well-presented
·Be Positive and happy with a very fast paced environment
·Have good communication skills both written and verbal
·Have excellent time management and organisational skills

Hours are Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30
However, we would look at someone who would prefer to do a Saturday as one of the 5 working days a week.
Salary £17k-£20k dependant on experience.
