Sales Negotiator
📍 Stratford-upon-Avon
💰 £25,000 Basic Salary | OTE £35,000
🕘 Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
📅 1 in 3 Saturdays required
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Stratford-upon-Avon, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property and customer service who is looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Generating new business opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous estate agency or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven and highly motivated
- Professional and personable approach
- Strong organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
