Lettings Negotiator – Pershore
Basic Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 | OTE £30,000 – £35,000
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in Pershore.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Previous lettings experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering prospective tenants and understanding their requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities and landlord instructions
- Managing applicant databases and maintaining regular client contact
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
- Working towards individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous lettings experience
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and professional
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred
