Job: Sales Negotiator
Location: Wallingford
Hours: Mon-Friday- 8:45am – 6pm (5:30pm)
Sat (working 1 in 2 contractually, although depending on the number of Saturday staff involved in the rota this can be less)
9am-4pm – 1 day off in the week when working a Saturday
What you will be doing;
• Booking viewings, generating offers and negotiating sales.
• Working both in and out of the branch.
• Showing potential buyers around our clients properties.
• Learning the selling points of all of our clients homes.
• Managing and prioritising an ever changing workload.
• Servicing and maximising client enquiries, both face to face and on the phone.
• Selling the other services associated with property sales.
What you will need to bring;
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
• A love of dealing with and helping all types of people.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritise and produce results under pressure.
• Good understanding of basic I.T.
• A sense of humour, people skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Must live locally to Wallingford or Didcot and have a basic understanding of local geography.
• Driving licence and own transport.
