Location: Gloucester (Remote with Local Travel)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm
Bonus: £350 per new management client secured
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and commercially minded individual to help manage and grow a residential property portfolio across Gloucester and surrounding areas.
This is a varied role combining property operations, lettings, client relationships, and business growth. You’ll play a key part in maintaining occupancy, supporting landlords and tenants, coordinating day-to-day operations, and helping expand the portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
Property Operations
- Conduct property viewings and inspections
- Coordinate tenancy progression and move-ins
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Maintain compliance records and property documentation
- Support tenant communications and issue resolution
- Prepare reports and keep systems up to date
Business Growth
- Generate and follow up landlord leads
- Support new client acquisition
- Promote properties through online and social media channels
- Monitor local market activity and competitor trends
- Identify opportunities to improve occupancy and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Commercially minded with a growth-focused attitude
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and social media
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
