Residential Sales Manager – Dorchester
OTE £45-50,000
We’re currently partnering with a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in the South West to recruit a Residential Sales Manager for their busy Dorchester office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.
The Opportunity
This is a key leadership role within a successful office, where you’ll be responsible for driving performance, leading a sales team, and developing new business across the local market. The position offers the chance to join a respected brand with a strong regional presence and a reputation for high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a residential sales team to achieve targets
- Driving new business growth and increasing market share
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring exceptional levels of customer service
- Maintaining a strong presence in the local property market
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
- A strong track record in estate agency, particularly in generating new business
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Excellent knowledge of the local market and strong networking ability
- A proactive, results-driven attitude
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
