Lettings Consultant – Lincoln

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 Hours: 37.5 per week Weekends: 1 in 3 Location: Lincoln

About the Role

A growing and successful lettings team in Lincoln is seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Consultant to join their busy office. This is a brilliant opportunity for a target‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll be highly organised, confident communicating with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues, and able to manage a varied workload with accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will also be fully competent in the Renters’ Rights Act, have knowledge of NRL schemes, and bring strong numeracy and financial skills, including experience using accounting or property management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of property management, including tenancy administration and deposit registration

  • Processing rent accounts, landlord payments, contractor invoices and month‑end reporting

  • Ensuring compliance across gas safety certificates, EICRs, EPCs and other statutory requirements

  • Coordinating maintenance works with approved contractors

  • Conducting property inspections and maintaining accurate records

  • Arranging rental valuations and property viewings

  • Managing the office diary and following up with prospective tenants

  • Supporting business growth and contributing to team and individual targets

  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues

About You

  • Previous experience within the lettings industry

  • ARLA qualification and strong competency in the Renters’ Rights Act

  • Confident with numbers and financial processes

  • Highly organised, proactive and customer‑focused

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure

  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
