An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused Property Manager to join one of the region’s most respected independent lettings agencies.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of prime residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Conducting property inspections and producing detailed reports
• Managing tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
• Ensuring all compliance and legislative requirements are met
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike
• Delivering a first-class customer experience at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are keen to speak with individuals who have:
• Previous property management experience (preferred)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
• A genuine passion for property and customer service
ARLA qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
For candidates not currently ARLA qualified, full training, study support and examination costs will be funded by the company.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Approximately 38 hours per week
1 in 6 Saturday mornings (until 1:00pm) with time given back in lieu.
