Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Location: Coventry
Salary: Competitive DOE + Commission
Our client, a well-established independent estate agency based in Coventry, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire property journey.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm (on a rota basis)
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify prospective buyers and tenants.
- Generate and book market appraisal and valuation appointments.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional feedback to vendors and landlords.
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Manage the full sales process from instruction through to completion.
- Progress sales and maintain regular communication with all parties involved.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and update property records and CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to generate new business and referrals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Assist with lettings enquiries and negotiations where required.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous estate agency experience is essential.
- Proven experience within residential sales and/or lettings.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to business generation.
- Professional and confident manner when dealing with clients.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
