Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Location: Coventry
Salary: Competitive DOE + Commission

Our client, a well-established independent estate agency based in Coventry, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire property journey.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm (on a rota basis)

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and qualify prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Generate and book market appraisal and valuation appointments.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional feedback to vendors and landlords.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Manage the full sales process from instruction through to completion.
  • Progress sales and maintain regular communication with all parties involved.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update property records and CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities to generate new business and referrals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Assist with lettings enquiries and negotiations where required.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous estate agency experience is essential.
  • Proven experience within residential sales and/or lettings.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach to business generation.
  • Professional and confident manner when dealing with clients.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
