🕘 Full-Time | Monday – Friday + 1 in 3 Saturdays

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused individual to join a well-established independent property business as a Compliance & Maintenance Administrator based within their Shrewsbury office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property industry, with full training provided and the chance to join a supportive and friendly team environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the lettings and property management department, ensuring properties remain compliant and maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

The Role
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with arranging statutory compliance and safety certificates including EICRs, EPCs and related documentation
  • Maintaining accurate compliance and property records
  • Handling incoming calls from landlords, tenants and contractors in a professional manner
  • Supporting the lettings and property management team with day-to-day administration
  • Coordinating diaries, contractor appointments, inspections and maintenance visits
  • Using Jupix / Alto software for property management administration
  • Assisting with Rent Smart Wales compliance requirements
  • Notifying utility suppliers of tenancy changes and new occupancies
  • Carrying out general office administration duties

The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will be:

  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Friendly, professional and confident communicating over the phone
  • IT literate with good attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn
  • Comfortable working within a busy office environment
  • A team player with a proactive attitude

Previous property experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Additional Information

  • Full-time office-based role
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays required (9:00am – 3:00pm) on a rota basis
  • Own car essential
