An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and growing independent property business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing rental enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating tenancies, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.
The Role
Duties will include:
• Responding to rental enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with marketing available properties
• Keeping property records and CRM systems fully updated
• Supporting the wider team with administration and compliance tasks
• Staying up to date with local rental market trends and legislation
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have:
• Previous lettings experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive and professional approach
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
