A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute property professional to lead and grow a well-established Development & New Homes division within one of the region’s most respected independent property firms.
This is a senior leadership role offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future direction of an already successful department.
The Opportunity
As Head of Development & New Homes, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the Development & New Homes department
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, housebuilders, landowners and investors
- Securing instructions for land, development and new homes opportunities
- Advising clients on pricing, marketing strategy and sales programmes
- Overseeing the launch and sale of residential developments
- Working closely with internal teams to maximise cross-selling opportunities
- Identifying and implementing strategies to grow market share and revenue
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant experience within land, development or new homes
- A proven track record of winning instructions and building long-term relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Previous leadership experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, strategic and entrepreneurial approach
