We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing estate agency in Penryn for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or develop their career within the property sector in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to property enquiries and register applicants
- Conduct viewings and deliver excellent customer service
- Negotiate tenancies between landlords and tenants
- Prepare tenancy agreements, references, and compliance paperwork
- Book property inspections and manage diary schedules
- Draft renewals and Section notices
- Support with maintenance requests when required
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships
- Assist with growing the lettings portfolio
- Stay up to date with lettings legislation
What We’re Looking For
- Lettings or property experience desirable (not essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
