Videographer / Photographer
Estate Agency Marketing Specialist
Location: North Warwickshire & Birmingham
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and talented Videographer / Photographer to join a highly successful and forward-thinking estate agency business covering North Warwickshire and the Birmingham area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for creating outstanding visual content and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for producing high-quality photography and video tours of residential properties, helping to showcase homes at their very best across property portals, social media, and the company website.
The Role
As the in-house Videographer / Photographer, you will travel to a variety of properties across North Warwickshire and Birmingham, capturing professional photography, cinematic video tours, and engaging social media content.
You will play a key role in enhancing the company’s brand and ensuring each property is marketed to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph residential properties to a consistently high standard
- Produce high-quality video walk-throughs and virtual tours
- Edit photos and videos for online marketing and promotional use
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Use drone photography and videography where appropriate (if qualified)
- Liaise with branch teams and homeowners to arrange shoots
- Ensure a quick turnaround of content to meet marketing deadlines
- Maintain and manage photography and video equipment
- Support wider marketing and branding campaigns
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in photography and videography
- Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software
- A creative flair and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own diary
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Interest in property, interiors, and social media marketing
