We are looking for an experienced and driven Valuer to join our clients growing team. This is a key role focused on delivering accurate property valuations, winning new instructions, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential property valuations across the local area
- Provide accurate, evidence-based pricing advice
- Convert valuation opportunities into new instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Generate new valuation leads within key areas
- Work collaboratively with internal teams
- Keep up to date with market trends and legislation
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
About You
- Proven experience in estate agency or property valuation
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Confident, professional, and target-driven
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with good time management
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full clean driving licence
- Experience with estate agency software (REAPIT preferred)
