Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
Near Wolverhampton
Basic Salary £24,000 – £26,000 (depending on experience)
OTE £30,000 – £35,000+
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Sales Negotiator to join a busy and well-established independent estate agency in Bilston.
This is a fantastic role within a highly active office, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in property with a respected brand that offers strong local market presence and genuine progression opportunities.
The Role
As Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Generating new business through proactive prospecting
- Supporting the progression of agreed sales
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
You will be working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where organisation, communication and attention to detail are key.
About You
- Previous experience in estate agency or a sales environment preferred
- Confident, personable and target-driven
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Positive, resilient and motivated attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
