Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: Bolton, Lincoln
Salary: £DOE + Commission/Bonus
Hours: Full Time
About the Role
A driven and experienced Lettings Manager is required to lead a high‑performing lettings department within a respected estate agency. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure landlords and tenants receive an exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, maintaining compliance, and maximising revenue across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team to achieve KPIs and branch targets

Overseeing the full lettings process from valuation to move‑in

Conducting rental valuations and winning new instructions

Ensuring all properties meet legal and compliance standards

Managing landlord relationships and providing expert advice on market trends, pricing, and legislation

Monitoring and improving branch performance, processes, and service delivery
-
Handling escalated issues and resolving complex tenancy matters

Working closely with Property Management to ensure smooth tenancies
-
Identifying opportunities to grow market share and promote additional services

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly
About You
-
Proven experience in a senior lettings role (Assistant Manager, Senior Negotiator, or Lettings Manager)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team

Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
-
Confident in valuations, negotiation, and winning new business
-
Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
-
Customer‑focused, proactive, and commercially minded
-
Strong communication skills and a professional approach
-
Full UK driving licence
