VACANCY: Sales Negotiator
LOCATION: Brentwood
SALARY: Guaranteed of £30k for first 4 months OTE £45k
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a well established Estate Agency in their Brentwood based agency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong organisational ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves liaising with clients, showcasing properties, and facilitating the sales process.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Registering and managing applicants
- Carry out viewings
- Researching and preparing information for valuations
- Negotiate offers
- Sales progression
- Feedback to vendors
- Managing advertisements through the property CRM
- Administration
Person Specification:
- Essential previous Estate Agency experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Smart and business-like
- Knowledgeable about the area and industry
- Punctual
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional and Positive attitude
- Self-motivated
- Good computer skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
Experience Required:
MUST have previous Estate Agency experience
MUST drive and have own car
Salary £18,000/£24,000 depending on experience
Guarantee of £30k for first 4 months
OTE £45k
