They are a market leading independent agency based in Isleworth. What You’ll Do:
- Engage with buyers and sellers to negotiate successful sales
- Conduct viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Build strong client relationships based on trust and results

What We’re Looking For:
- A self-motivated individual with a hunger to achieve and exceed goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine pride in your work
- Previous experience in property sales.
The salary package will be made up of commission, car allowance and a basic salary. Monthly bonuses will also be in place. On target earnings of £40,000 – £50,000 are a realistic aim.
The hours of work are 8:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday, you will also work 9am – 5pm alternate Saturdays. If you are working Saturday, you will have a work from home half day during the week.
Own car essential.
