VACANCY: Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister
LOCATION: Benfleet
SALARY: £28k basic OTE £40k
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister to join our client’s Sales team in Benfleet, Essex.
In this pivotal role, you will lead negotiations with clients, facilitate property transactions, and drive sales growth through exceptional communication and strategic marketing. Your expertise will ensure a seamless experience for clients while adhering to industry regulations and standards. The Role
· Proactively generating valuation opportunities and new instructions
· Attending market appraisals and converting valuations into listings
· Building strong relationships with prospective vendors
· Advising clients on pricing strategy and marketing approach
· Working closely with office negotiators to ensure seamless service delivery
· Monitoring pipeline performance to ensure swift sales progression
· Maintaining regular communication with vendors throughout the sales process
· Working to agreed performance targets for listings, conversion rates and revenue
About You
They are looking for a motivated, professional and target-driven individual with:
· A proven track record of successfully listing properties for sale (preferred)
· Strong valuation and negotiation skills
· Experience working in residential sales (local knowledge preferred)
· A demonstrable ability to win business in competitive situations
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· A proactive and self-motivated approach
· High professional standards and strong organisational skills
· A full UK driving licence and own car
