Property Manager – Burton Upon Trent
£30,000 Basic | Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Our client is a well-known and highly regarded independent estate agency based in Burton Upon Trent, with a strong reputation across residential lettings and property management. With a long-standing presence in the area and a focus on delivering a professional, customer-first service, they continue to grow their managed portfolio and team.
Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their established lettings team.
The Role
This is a key position within the business, responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties, ensuring a high level of service is delivered to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Full management of a residential portfolio (circa 180 properties)
- Handling maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Conducting property inspections and reporting findings
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and regulations
- Managing tenancy renewals and end of tenancy processes
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance works efficiently
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and manage challenging situations
- Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- Professional, personable and team-oriented approach
The Package
- Basic Salary: £30,000
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
