Branch Manager – Estate Agency
Wedmore, Somerset
£30,000 – £35,000 basic + commission + performance incentives
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency, is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead their successful office in the desirable village of Wedmore.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional to take ownership of a thriving branch, with the autonomy to drive growth and deliver outstanding results in a buoyant local market.
The Role
As Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance of the branch, leading from the front to generate new business, maximise revenue, and ensure exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and increase market share through valuations and instructions
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Conduct market appraisals and secure new listings
- Oversee the sales pipeline from instruction to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
About You
- Proven background in estate agency, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Branch Manager level
- Strong track record in winning instructions and achieving targets
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Strong local knowledge or the ability to quickly build it
- Full UK driving licence
