Lettings Manager – Poole | £27,000–£29,000 Basic + Guarantee then £35,000+ OTE
Are you an experienced Lettings Manager looking for your next career move on the beautiful South Coast? Our client is seeking a confident, driven and highly organised property professional to join their growing team in Poole.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive leader who can balance business development, operational excellence, and team management, while maintaining outstanding service standards.
We’re looking for a Lettings Manager who can confidently oversee the day to day running of a busy lettings department, while also growing market share through strong relationship building and effective business development.
You’ll play a key role in driving performance, motivating junior staff, and ensuring compliance with all current and upcoming legislation — including preparation for Rental Reform.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business growth through prospecting, networking, and nurturing landlord relationships
- Oversee daily lettings operations, systems, and processes to ensure a smooth and compliant workflow
- Manage, mentor and support junior staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture
- Conduct valuations, take ons, and viewings across the Poole area
- Ensure all legislation is followed, including compliance with property standards, tenant safety, and upcoming regulatory changes
- Represent the brand professionally and deliver exceptional customer service at all times
We are seeking
- An experienced Senior lettings candidate with a proven track record in a similar role
- Ideally ARLA qualified (or actively working towards it)
- Highly knowledgeable on current lettings legislation and prepared for the upcoming Rental Reform
- Strong business developer with the ability to win new instructions
- Excellent organiser with solid experience managing office systems and operational processes
- Inspiring leader who motivates and supports junior staff
- A real team player who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
Salary & Benefits
- £27,000–£29,000 basic salary
- Initial income guarantee
- £35,000+ OTE after six months
- Mileage/expenses for appointments
- Private Pension
Hours of work 8.45an Monday to Friday and one in four Saturdays.
