Lettings Negotiator – Leamington Spa
Basic Salary: £26,000 + Commission
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Leamington Spa, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or progress a career within property, working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Managing enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Supporting the team in achieving lettings targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lettings or estate agency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
