Branch Manager – Independent Estate Agency | South Hams
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 OTE + Benefits
Location: Beautiful South Hams, Devon
Are you an experienced, friendly, and highly professional Estate Agent looking to step into a Branch Manager role with a respected, independent property agency? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading multi‑branch coastal estate agency set in one of the most beautiful parts of the South West.
Our client is a well‑established, highly reputable Independent Estate Agency with strong coastal and rural roots and an excellent local reputation. They are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager with recent estate agency experience, a proven track record of hitting targets, and ideally some experience handling high‑end property.
You will either already be a successful Branch Manager or an ambitious Senior Valuer ready to take the next step in your career. Strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a self‑driven, results‑focused approach are essential. The branch benefits from a settled, friendly team, so prior experience managing and motivating staff will be a real advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Training, supervising, and motivating the branch team
- Conducting market appraisals and securing new listings
- Supporting senior team members and overseeing the sales team
- Ensuring branch targets and KPIs are consistently met
- Managing smooth day‑to‑day operations of the office
- Networking locally and representing the agency within the community
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8.45am – 5.30pm
- One in three Saturdays (on a rota)
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary: £30,000–£35,000
- OTE: £40,000–£45,000
