A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced property professional to join an innovative and fast-growing business as a BDM / Partnership Consultant.
This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role where you will work closely with estate agency partners, helping them maximise opportunities through modern methods of sale and secure successful outcomes for their clients.

🚀 The Role
As Partnership Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and supporting a network of partner agents, ensuring they are fully engaged, confident and successful in utilising the company’s services.
You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with partners to identify opportunities, provide training and ultimately help drive instructions and sales.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partner agents
- Act as a key point of contact and ongoing support
- Understand partner businesses and identify where value can be added
📈 Performance & Opportunity Growth
- Identify suitable opportunities within partner pipelines
- Support agents in winning instructions using alternative selling methods
- Drive increased usage and engagement across partner businesses
🎓 Training & Support
- Deliver training and guidance to partners
- Support agents in positioning services to clients
- Assist with progressing opportunities and referrals
🌱 Partnership Development
- Increase instruction levels from existing partners
- Identify opportunities for deeper collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience
🆕 New Business Engagement
- Engage with agents interested in partnering
- Introduce the model and onboard new partners
- Support them through their first successful transactions
Market Presence
- Represent the business professionally within the industry
- Promote services through networking and social media
- Build brand reputation as a trusted partner
🎯 About You
Essential:
- Experience within Estate Agency or Property Auctions
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident working with business owners and senior stakeholders
Desirable:
- Experience with modern auction or alternative sale methods
- Background in business development or partner support
- Experience delivering training or coaching
