Job Description – Sales & Lettings Valuer
- Salary: £29,000 (base salary, dependent on experience)
- Commission: Approx. £10,000 OTE
- Fleet Car: Full use provided
- Pension: Nest Pension Scheme
- Holiday: 4 weeks per year + bank holidays
- Working Pattern: 5 days per week, including 1 in 2 Saturdays
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and capable Sales and Lettings Valuer to join our team. You’ll play a key part in supporting day‑to‑day operations and contributing to wider business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise daily tasks to ensure smooth operational delivery
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting
- Support projects and initiatives from planning through to completion
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
- Provide excellent customer or client service, ensuring queries are handled promptly
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Proficient with standard office software and digital tools
