Job Title: Part time Property Manager / Accounts Administrator
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum pro rata(dependent on experience)
Hours: School hours with 1 in 3 saturdays.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Manager/Accounts Administrator to join our busy lettings team in Leamington Spa. This is a varied role combining day-to-day property management with key lettings accountancy responsibilities. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and experience within the property or lettings sector.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management

Act as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords

Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors

Arrange property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
-
Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and safety checks

Manage tenancy paperwork and maintain accurate property records
Accounts & Administration
-
Process rent payments and chase arrears where necessary
-
Prepare monthly landlord statements and handle deposit reconciliation

Assist with invoicing, contractor payments, and financial record-keeping

Support the team with general administrative duties as required
About You

Previous experience in property management or lettings accounts is highly desirable

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer-service focus

Confident with numbers and basic financial administration

Competent with property management software (training can be provided)

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
