A successful multi branch agency is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer to join their team in Basingstoke servicing professional lets in the local and surrounding area.
Package details:
- £23k – £25k basic and OTE £30K – £35K
- 5 day working week with weekends included
- Free office parking
- Christmas shut down
As a driven and motivated Lettings Agent/Lister, you will be instrumental in the success of the business with a key role in growing the volume of new lets, securing instructions, and ensuring excellent customer service during the day-to-day front end lettings process between tenants and landlords. If you are an experienced Lettings negotiator wanting the recognition to step up in your career, then this may be the role for you.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in residential property lettings and valuations.
- Proven track record in securing new business.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- Up to date on market conditions, property legislation & compliance
- Knowledge of the local lettings market.
