New Homes Sales Adviser (12-Month Contract)
Near Castle Cary
Tuesday – Saturday | 10:00am – 5:00pm
£15 per hour + £350 commission per plot sold
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Adviser to join a premium residential development near Castle Cary.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in showcasing a high-quality development while guiding buyers through one of the most important purchases of their lives.
The Role
As the face of the development, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage prospective buyers visiting the development and show home

Provide clear, detailed information on properties, specifications, and the purchasing process

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying journey

Support customers through reservations, paperwork, and the full sales progression process

Liaise with developers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings, and sales activity

Proactively generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads
About You
-
Previous experience in new homes sales or estate agency is preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

A natural ability to work independently and manage a busy site

Professional, confident, and approachable manner
-
A genuine interest in property and interiors is highly desirable
Requirements

Full UK driving licence

Availability to work Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00am – 5:00pm
