An experienced Lettings negotiator with a real zest for the role is sought to join a busy and growing lettings team in Southampton.

Your role within an established lettings team will concentrate on providing expert service to landlords and tenants, whilst building strong relationships with associated contractors and suppliers to deliver the needs of your clients.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Supporting marketing enquiries in a timely manner
- Tenant & Landlord liaisons
- Rental viewings and subsequent negotiations
- Tenancy set ups & co-ordinating move ins
- Landlord feedback and market updates
- Property marketing & Compliance
- Liaising where appropriate with the maintenance and admin teams
- Business/lead generation
- Adhering to GDPR
- Aspirations to take the next step if not already to carry out Market Appraisals & win business
With already obtained experience working within a lettings team, you will be used to co-ordinating and juggling different balls efficiently and effectively whilst ensuring relevant documentation and accurate notes are applied throughout the process.
Used to personal and team targets, you will need to be comfortable working for a reputable and professional firm that places high demands on providing excellent service to all that they work with.
*Please note that a valid UK driving licence and own car is essential for perform the role.
