Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Wells
Location: Wells
Salary: £30,000 basic + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Wells, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated property professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property valuations and market appraisals

Generate new business and secure property instructions

Manage and progress sales from instruction through to completion

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers

Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients

Deliver exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in estate agency, ideally at Senior Negotiator or Valuer level

Strong knowledge of the local property market (desirable)
-
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
-
Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
