You’ll play a key role within a busy and successful sales team, managing the process from initial enquiry through to completion while building strong relationships with clients and applicants.
This is a role where your efforts will be recognised, your earnings are uncapped, and your progression is genuinely supported.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Generating and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Progressing sales through to legal completion
- Generating market appraisals and supporting valuations
- Winning new instructions and building business opportunities
- Delivering exceptional vendor care and regular feedback
- Proactive outbound calls to applicants and database contacts
- Supporting marketing activities and property launches
- General administration to support the sales process
💼 About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience within estate agency (sales)
- Confident negotiator with a strong desire to succeed
- Target-driven with a commercial mindset
- Passionate about property and delivering exceptional service
- Keen to progress into valuations (or already conducting them)
- Professional, well-presented and articulate
- Full UK driving licence essential
