You’ll play a key role within a busy and successful sales team, managing the process from initial enquiry through to completion while building strong relationships with clients and applicants.

This is a role where your efforts will be recognised, your earnings are uncapped, and your progression is genuinely supported.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

 

  • Generating and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Progressing sales through to legal completion
  • Generating market appraisals and supporting valuations
  • Winning new instructions and building business opportunities
  • Delivering exceptional vendor care and regular feedback
  • Proactive outbound calls to applicants and database contacts
  • Supporting marketing activities and property launches
  • General administration to support the sales process

💼 About You

 

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience within estate agency (sales)
  • Confident negotiator with a strong desire to succeed
  • Target-driven with a commercial mindset
  • Passionate about property and delivering exceptional service
  • Keen to progress into valuations (or already conducting them)
  • Professional, well-presented and articulate
  • Full UK driving licence essential
