Self-Employed Estate Agent – Chipping Norton Area
OTE £100,000+ | Retainer Available for First 6 Months
Are you an ambitious estate agent looking for the freedom of self-employment with the security of an initial income? We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Self-Employed Estate Agent to develop and grow our clients presence in the Chipping Norton and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional to build their own local business with the support of an established brand and infrastructure behind them.

The Role

Generate property valuations and win new instructions across the Chipping Norton area

Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers

Manage the sales process from instruction through to completion

Conduct viewings and negotiate offers

Proactively market properties and develop local market presence

Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the journey
About You
-
Previous experience in estate agency or property sales

Strong local knowledge of Chipping Norton and the surrounding villages (preferred)

A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Highly motivated with the drive to maximise earnings

Full UK driving licence and access to a car
