Maintenance Co‑ordinator (Lettings)

Location: Sleaford Office
Hours: Full-time or part-time considered for an exceptional candidate
Salary: Depending on experience 
 

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Maintenance Co‑ordinator to join our friendly Lettings team in Sleaford. This is a varied role supporting the smooth running of our managed portfolio — which is intentionally modest in size and very manageable.

Some industry experience is beneficial (Lettings or Sales), but attitude, communication skills, and the ability to stay on top of tasks are just as important.

You’ll be the first point of contact when tenants report maintenance issues, ensuring repairs are handled efficiently and landlords are kept fully informed. You’ll also support the team with viewings, inspections, and compliance checks to ensure every property meets legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for day‑to‑day maintenance queries from tenants
  • Log, assess, and co‑ordinate repairs with approved contractors
  • Keep landlords updated on maintenance progress and obtain necessary approvals
  • Ensure all landlord and property compliance documents are accurate, legal, and up to date
  • Carry out routine property inspections and report findings
  • Conduct viewings when required
  • Maintain clear, accurate notes and records within the lettings system
  • Support the wider team with general office and lettings administration

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Lettings or Estate Agency is ideal, but Sales experience will also be considered
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Confident communicator who can liaise professionally with tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • A calm, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving
  • Good attention to detail, especially around compliance and documentation
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, supportive team
  • Full UK driving licence
