About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, people‑focused Valuer to join the Crosby branch. You’ll be the face of the business—building relationships, winning instructions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the very first meeting.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being out on appointments, knows how to convert, and thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out market appraisals across Crosby and surrounding areas
- Converting valuations into instructions through strong rapport‑building and clear communication
- Advising clients on pricing, marketing strategy, and the selling process
- Keeping in regular contact with homeowners to nurture warm leads
- Working closely with the branch team to maximise opportunities
- Representing the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and local market knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in valuing and winning instructions (estate agency background essential)
- Confident, engaging communicator with a natural ability to build trust
- Strong conversion skills and a proactive, self‑motivated approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Good knowledge of the local property market is a bonus
Salary, Commission & Benefits
- £28,000 basic salary
- Great Commission structure
- Mileage paid or car allowance considered
