🏡 New Homes Associate – Estate Agency
📍 Location: Cotswolds
💼 Full-Time | £30,000–£40,000 Basic | OTE £50,000–£60,000
Are you a dynamic and driven property professional with a passion for new homes sales? Join a thriving estate agency as a New Homes Associate and play a key role in delivering outstanding results for developers and buyers alike.
About the Role
As a New Homes Associate, you’ll be instrumental in supporting and driving the success of the new homes division. You’ll work closely with developers, assist with site launches, and help implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.
This role is Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays required, offering a great work-life balance alongside strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with housebuilders and developers

Manage the marketing and sales process for new homes developments

Support site set-up and launch activity

Qualify applicants and conduct viewings

Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion

Monitor performance against targets and KPIs

Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Requirements

Proven experience in new homes sales or estate agency

Strong understanding of the property sales process

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

Highly organised, commercially minded, and target-driven
