Experienced Property Manager
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000
Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Our client, a well-established and reputable property company, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their professional and dynamic team.

The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including:

Managing landlord and tenant relationships

Coordinating maintenance issues and instructing contractors

Arranging property inspections and reporting to landlords
-
Handling tenancy renewals and amendments
-
Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation

Managing deposits and end-of-tenancy processes
-
Resolving queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
The Ideal Candidate
-
Previous experience in residential property management (essential)
-
Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements

Excellent organisational and time management skills
-
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
-
Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Full UK driving licence (preferred/essential if applicable)
