Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Witney, is looking for a confident and motivated Valuer to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a respected brand with strong local market presence and genuine career progression opportunities.
The Role
As a Valuer, you will play a key role in winning new instructions and driving business growth. You’ll be meeting homeowners, carrying out market appraisals, and converting valuations into listings.
Key responsibilities:

Conducting accurate and professional market appraisals

Winning new instructions and generating new business

Building strong relationships with vendors

Providing expert advice on pricing and marketing strategies

Working closely with the sales team to ensure successful transactions

Proactively prospecting for new valuation opportunities
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Negotiator ready to step up

Strong knowledge of the local property market (preferred)

Proven track record of winning instructions
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Target-driven with a positive, self-motivated attitude

Full UK driving licence
