Sales Negotiator / Valuer
📍 Gloucester
💰 £28,000 – £35,000 Basic | £50,000 – £60,000 OTE
🕘 Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm + Every Other Saturday (Day in Lieu)
Our client, a highly respected and established estate agency in Gloucester, is looking to recruit an ambitious Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their successful and growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a quality-focused, forward-thinking agency with an excellent local reputation, strong marketing presence, and a consistent pipeline of business.
With realistic on-target earnings of £50,000–£60,000, this role offers both strong financial rewards and genuine long-term career progression.
The Opportunity
Working within a professional and supportive environment, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key responsibilities include:

Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions

Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion

Managing buyer and vendor relationships

Generating new business opportunities
-
Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage

Contributing to the continued growth of the branch
This role would suit either:

An experienced Sales Negotiator ready to step up

A proven Valuer seeking a fresh challenge

A driven property professional motivated by earnings and progression
What Our Client Is Looking For

Previous estate agency experience (essential)

Valuation experience advantageous (but not essential for negotiator level)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven with a proactive approach

Professional, well-presented and organised
-
Full UK driving licence
