This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent agent in Rickmansworth with an outstanding reputation in the local market.
They are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Negotiator who is keen to take ownership of their role within our established and growing Sales Team. The successful candidate will be encouraged to develop their career through a clearly defined progression path, with the opportunity to move into a senior and future management position.
This is a fast-paced, varied and customer-focused role, primarily supporting the day-to-day management and smooth running of our Sales department. The position offers a broad mix of responsibilities including public interaction, property visits, sales progression, marketing involvement and close collaboration with the wider team.
The role will be a combination of office-based responsibilities and on-site activities such as viewings.

- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
- Confident negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required

- Commitment to ongoing professional education and training
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Availability to work Saturdays (with time off in lieu and one Saturday off per month)
