🌟 The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking for a proven valuer to join one of their most successful and profitable branches.
This is an out-and-out valuation role where you’ll be:
- Out on the road attending 3–4 market appraisals per day
- Working in a high-performing, instruction-focused environment
- Targeting a circa 60% conversion rate
- Building strong relationships and winning business in a competitive market

- Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Valuer / Lister
