Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Denton, East Manchester
Salary: £25k Basic
Hours: Mon – Friday 9am – 5pm NO WEEKENDS
About the Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the lettings process, helping landlords find tenants and ensuring smooth rental transactions. You will be responsible for liaising between landlords and tenants, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancy agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant & Landlord Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between landlords and tenants, ensuring clear communication.
- Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing tenants with relevant information.
- Negotiation: Negotiate rental terms to secure agreements that benefit both landlords and tenants.
- Marketing & Promotion: Advertise properties using various marketing techniques to attract potential tenants.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all tenancy agreements and paperwork comply with legal requirements.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to encourage repeat business.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date with local rental market trends and pricing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lettings or property sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
- Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
