Senior Sales Negotiator – Prime Residential
Location: Cheltenham
Basic Salary: £25,000–£30,000 DOE
OTE: £45,000+
We are recruiting a high-calibre Senior Sales Negotiator to join one of Cheltenham’s most respected and well-established estate agencies, specialising in the upper end of the residential market.
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced, driven negotiator who thrives in a premium environment, values exceptional client service, and wants to be part of a successful, forward-thinking team.
The Role

Managing the sale of high-value residential properties across Cheltenham and surrounding areas

Conducting property viewings with confidence, professionalism, and detailed local knowledge

Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for vendors and buyers

Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

Contributing to new business generation and market appraisals

Working closely with senior colleagues to uphold the agency’s outstanding reputation
The Ideal Candidate
-
Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential property
-
A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
-
Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
-
Professional, proactive, and commercially astute
-
Passionate about property and delivering a first-class customer experience
-
Full UK driving licence
