Our client, a reputable and forward-thinking estate agency based in Coventry, is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for prospective tenants, providing a professional and friendly service at all times

Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing accurate and engaging information to potential tenants

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, maintaining regular contact and delivering high levels of customer service

Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties

Manage and update property listings across various platforms to ensure maximum exposure

Ensure all tenancies are compliant with current legislation and company procedures

Support with tenancy progression including referencing, drafting tenancy agreements, and move-in coordination

Maintain accurate records on internal systems and provide administrative support to the lettings team as required
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a lettings or sales negotiator role (preferred but not essential)

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven

Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

A good knowledge of the Coventry rental market is advantageous
