Lettings Negotiator – West Bridgford
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm Salary: £25,000–£27,000 per annum (DOE) Bonus: Competitive commission structure on new sales and lettings instructions Benefits: Potential use of a company car
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is looking to build a successful career in property.
As a key member of our lettings department, you will be responsible for managing applicant enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities

Managing applicant enquiries and matching clients to suitable properties

Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to landlords

Negotiating tenancy offers between landlords and prospective tenants

Building strong relationships with new and existing clients

Generating new lettings and sales instructions to support business growth

Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures

Coordinating move-ins, including referencing and tenancy documentation
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
Skills & Experience

Strong communication skills with a professional and confident manner

Ability to work proactively and manage a busy workload

Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Previous lettings or property experience preferred but not essential
